Requesting a return

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return or refund request, please contact us with your order number. Our team reviews every request against this policy.

Collecting the item

Where a physical return is needed, a courier collects the item from your address and brings it back to us. We inspect it when it arrives.

Refunds

Once a return is approved, we process the refund.

• Orders paid online are refunded through the original payment method wherever the gateway supports it.
• For cash on delivery orders, we verify your bank or UPI details securely before sending the refund.

Refused or undelivered parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered or is refused, the courier returns it to us. Contact us if this happens with your order.
